    Clean Out Kings offers a wide variety of services. This includes (but is not limited to) junk removal, moving & foreclosure clean outs, yard waste removal, construction clean up, furniture & appliance removal, and basement cleanouts. If you need a service that does not appear on this list, give us a call and we can let you know potential next steps. Keep in mind there are items we can not accept.   • How can I schedule a price estimate appointment?
    We offer flexible scheduling, including next-day appointments when available. Scheduling an appointment is also super easy! To obtain an estimate, either give us a call at 734-252-8004 or head over to our Price Request Form to pick a date and time that works best for you! If a job can be estimated through the Price Request Form without an appointment, a representative will give you a call or a text with further details.
  • Can I receive a no contact price estimate?
    Yes, we do offer free no contact price estimates. To obtain a no contact price estimate, either text or call us at 734-252-8004 to describe the job you need done. In most cases our representatives will ask for an image(s) which can be texted or sent through our Price Request Form. If a job can be estimated through the Price Request Form without an appointment, a representative will give you a call or a text with further details.
  • How can I schedule a junk removal appointment?
    Scheduling an appointment is easy. Once an estimate has been determined and you would like to continue with our services, either give us a call at 734-252-8004 or head over to our Job Booking Form to pick a date and time that works best for you! We offer flexible scheduling, including next-day appointments when available.
  • What can I expect during an appointment?
    A price estimate appointment allows one of our junk removal haulers to assess the job in order to provide a free, no obligation price estimate. You will receive a text message update to confirm your appointment and one to let you know a hauler is on their way! On junk removal day, all you need to do is point out the items that need to be hauled away and we will get to work! Payments will be processed at the end of our service.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We take cash, check, debit/credit payments, and contactless payments. We can complete these transactions via in-person contact or phone interactions. For Debit/Credit transactions and contactless payments, we accept payments via the following methods: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, Diners Club®, China Union Pay®, Swipe, EMV® chip and contactless (Contactless payments are not supported for China UnionPay® and JCB). E-wallet: Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google PayTM
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
    To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call, text, or email us with your basic information (name and phone number/email). There is no required time period to reschedule an appointment. As long as you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before our truck is due to arrive at your home, you will be able to cancel at no additional charge to you. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will have to pay a $75 cancellation fee due within the next five days. If you need to pay off a cancellation fee, you will receive an invoice specifying the amount as well as any late fees as soon as they are acquired. To pay these fees off, contact us at 734.252.7846
  • Are there any additional fees to a given price estimate?
    No, our prices are all-inclusive and cover all labor, transportation, and disposal fees. There are no hidden fees or charges. Changes in price may occur and would vary depending on the circumstances, however, all changes would be communicated to you as soon as we become aware of them. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied to appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  • How are price estimates determined?
    Several factors go into determining our junk removal and hauling prices. Variables such as the pick-up location, the time it takes to load and remove junk items, and the type of items being hauled (for instance, remodeling debris versus furniture) must be considered when pricing is determined. Another price indicator is the amount, or volume of items, being hauled away which is often measured by the space taken up in the hauling truck. We offer free, no-obligation quotes before beginning any work, and our prices include all labor, transportation, and disposal fees.   • How does the company ensure environmentally responsible disposal?
    We prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods to ensure environmentally responsible disposal of all items. This includes recycling, donating, and responsibly disposing of all items. We work with local charities and recycling facilities to give items a second life whenever possible, and we comply with all local regulations to minimize our impact on the environment
  • How do you guys handle hazardous materials?
    We cannot accept hazardous materials such as chemicals, paints, and propane tanks. A generalized list can be seen here. However, we do work with licensed and insured disposal facilities to ensure safe and environmentally responsible disposal of all items.
  • Do you guys recycle or donated items whenever possible?
    Yes, whenever possible, we strive to donate or recycle items. We work with local charities and recycling facilities to ensure items are given a second life whenever possible.
  • What items can not be taken?
    Here at Clean Out Kings, we strive to provide the best service by removing all of your unwanted junk. However, some items simply can not be taken. Here's a list for your convenience.   • What days and hours are you guys available?
    We work seven days a week to accommodate your schedule! Our team is available from Monday to Saturday, with business hours extending from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Sundays, our operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • How far in advance should appointments be scheduled?
    When scheduling, we strive to provide next-day appointments whenever possible, aiming to accommodate your specific schedule. In the event of conflicting schedules, our dedicated team will make every effort to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.
  • What can be done if there is a scheduling conflict?
    Please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We understand that schedules can change and will do our best to accommodate your needs. As long as you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before our truck is due to arrive at your home, you will be able to cancel at no additional charge to you. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will have to pay a $75 cancellation fee due within the next five days.

  • When can I expect to pay a deposit before a scheduled junk removal appointment?
    Our team of professionals will make you aware of any and all fees and deposits required to do business. Deposits are usually required when dealing with commercial jobs or larger scale projects. These will be due before we can take any junk away, however, if our team does complete a portion of the job before a deposit is paid, remember to expect a 5% late fee for every day the deposit is not paid past its due date.
