A price estimate appointment allows one of our junk removal haulers to assess the job in order to provide a free, no obligation price estimate. You will receive a text message update to confirm your appointment and one to let you know a hauler is on their way! On junk removal day, all you need to do is point out the items that need to be hauled away and we will get to work! Payments will be processed at the end of our service.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call, text, or email us with your basic information (name and phone number/email). There is no required time period to reschedule an appointment. As long as you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before our truck is due to arrive at your home, you will be able to cancel at no additional charge to you. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will have to pay a $75 cancellation fee due within the next five days. No, our prices are all-inclusive and cover all labor, transportation, and disposal fees. There are no hidden fees or charges. Changes in price may occur and would vary depending on the circumstances, however, all changes would be communicated to you as soon as we become aware of them. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied to appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
